Model Release

Terms

• Photographer = Thomas A. Bradley LLC, dba Bradley Photography, and those designated by him.

• Model = The individual signing this agreement, and/or their children/minors if indicated.

• Images = Still photographs or videos.

• Session = A meeting or gathering at a specific place and time where the images will be captured.

Conditions

• The Model gives permission to the Photographer to capture images.

• The Photographer retains the copyrights to these Images and may use them, or designate others to use them, for promotional, commercial, or other purposes.

• At any point and for any reason, the Model may end their participation in the photography Session.

• The Images may be cropped, retouched or manipulated based on the discretion of the Photographer.

• No photo credit or compensation will be given to the Model as a result of the creation or use of the Images.
