Terms

• Photographer = Thomas A. Bradley LLC, dba Bradley Photography, and those designated by him.

• Model = The individual signing this agreement, and/or their children/minors if indicated.

• Images = Still photographs or videos.

• Session = A meeting or gathering at a specific place and time where the photography will occur.

Conditions

• The model gives permission to the photographer to be photographed.

• The photographer retains the copyrights to these images and may use them for promotional, commercial, or other purposes.

• At any point and for any reason, the model may end their participation in the photography Session.

• The images may be cropped, retouched or manipulated based on the discretion of the photographer.

• No photo credit or compensation will be given to the model as a result of the creation or use of the images.
